Spend a day in the dairy with award winning cheesemaker Allison Raper. Get involved in the cheese making process and learn the basics of cheese making and how to experiment at home.

Your day at the Cheesedale Farm

You will salt, mould, wax and get your hands in a vat of curd. A memorable experience! Even if you never make cheese again you’ll leave with a lifetime appreciation of the complexities of cheesemaking. A piece of the cheese you help to make on the day will be matured and sent to you when ready to enjoy with your friends and family.
